Chicago Tribune, Think before you Print!

It is thousand times easier to think about what you are going to do or say (or print) than to apologize for it latterly, it seems Chicago Tribune, once the world-class news paper has not listened about the aforementioned advice and result is seen below.

Chris Pronger of Philadelphia Flyers in a skirt with caption, ‘Crissy Pronger’ with headline reading, ‘Looks like Tarzan, Skates like Jane’ is over and above the flare of rivalry that you feel while playing in your rival’s town.

According to many the Chicago Tribune stint is nothing but display of an insensitive, juvenile, unintelligent and tactless piece of yellow journalism and for this piece of stupidity, Chicago Tribune may have to publish a whole supplement of apologies as Crissy Pronger’s team gave the Chicago Blackhawks quite tough time and it was only Patrick’s goal that turned tables in their side otherwise it could have been the other way round.

On Philadelphia side, Chris Pronger did what a sensible should have done, he ignored it altogether by saying that he damn cares about what Chicago Tribune had written and his sole attention was the upcoming game, the game that they lost to Chicago Blackhawks however.

Though Chris Pronger ignored the Chicago Tribune stint, Angela Ruggiero, the Olympian took it as an offense against woman hockey and has added that she would like to take Chicago Tribune people out on the skates one by one to show them what a woman hockey game is all about. She further added that Chicago Tribune people are living in dark ages and knew nothing about woman hockey.

Mike Kellams, the Chicago Tribune sports editor however has tried to clear that Chicago Tribune did not intend to be offensive but they wanted to convey the message of villainy in a humorous way and that it was not against law.
