Suzanne Corona caught having sex in park

Suzanne Corona, a mother of three kids and a married woman of 41 years of age, was charged with adultery after allegedly having sex with a guy in a public park at a picnic table in the small upstate New York town of Batavia, arrived at court with her husband having hand-in-hand yesterday.

She comes under the trail with very rarely used law after Suzanne got caught by the police having sex with Justin Amend aged 29. Both were arrested on suspicion of having intercourse by the policeman. Both were charged with public lewdness but when one of police officers recognized Suzanne as being married, she was put an additional charge of adultery. The guy, Justin, was not charged of adultery because he did not know that the lady whom he was having sex was married. The law, deals with adultery, describes it a criminal offence punishable by a fine and sentence in prison.

Section 255.17 of the New York State penal law states that a person is guilty of adultery after he/she gets caught having a sexual
intercourse with another person at a time when he or she has a living spouse. According to the law, the criminals may get a punishment of a fine of £350 and 90 days in jail.

Both Suzanne Corona and Justin Amend were spotted by the police in Public Park where Corona was fully clad with clothes but Justin was with her without the shirt and had his pant unbuttoned. Suzanne was sitting in his lap and this scene was clearly giving the signal of having an intercourse on the picnic bench.

Corona was of the view that they were just talking and not having sex when the police caught them.

But after she was nabbed she was full of apologizes saying she did not have intercourse with her husband since long and she was drunk as well. Besides she said that it was so embarrassing for my family and this sexual act just happened. Her husband is supporting her fully as he appeared with her at court hand in hand.
