32 teams have been bifurcated in eight groups, each group have four teams. On the opening day of the event two matches from group A will be played.
Brazil, one of the most favorite and strong teams of the tournament will be playing their first match on 15th June 2010, while the English football team will face USA in their first match on the second day on 12th June, 2010 of the tournament.
