Suze Orman

On the 59th birthday Suze Orman had an emergency appendectomy surgery. Financial advisor Suze Orman is recovering now and she was released from hospital on Sunday. Her spokeswoman Kristin Bouton tells that now she is resting at Chicago hotel. Suze Orman will have to take complete rest for early recovery after that she will come back to her home in Florida.

She was admitted at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Personal finance guru has a show on CNBC and last March released a new book titled Suze Orman’s 2010 Action Plan.

American financial advisor, television host, author and motivational speaker Susan “Suze” Lynn Orman is the most successful fundraiser in the public television history. Not only have these she has written “seven consecutive New York Times Best Sellers.”

For her PBS specials, she has won two daytime Emmy Awards. In the history of the awards she is the one who has won six Gracie Awards.

In the Forbes list of The Most Influential Women in Media, she was ranked #18 in 2009. University of Illinois honored her with Doctor of Humane Letters degree in 2009. Time magazine selected her twice as one of the TIME 100, The World’s Most Influential People. Suze Orman accepted Vito Russo Media Award last year from Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). On May 15, 2010 Suze Orman received an honorary degree at Bentley University. The list of her achievements is getting larger day by day so her fans and family wish her to get well soon.
