Korea vs. Greece

The Soccer World Cup gala has already started on Saturday, 11th June 2010 in South Africa, which is the first African country to host this illustrious tournament. The first match of Group B of the World Cup 2010 has been played on the second day, Sunday. There are four teams in Group B comprising on Argentina, Nigeria, South Korea and Greece. The first contest from this Group was (South) Korea vs. Greece, and as per expectations of the game’s pundits, Koreans have defeated the Greek with two goals. By winning their first match, the Korean team have not only won three valuable points on the table but also kept their hopes alive to enter the next round.

In (South) Korea vs. Greece match, the main players of Korea have made their contribution and resultantly won the game. The backbone of the Korean team Park Ji Sung has scored a goal and lived up to the expectations of the team as well as the fans. However, Lee Jung Soo scored the first goal, followed by their star player Park Ji.
