Serbia gets Asamoah penalty tonic

We are in Day 3 of the FIFA World Cup 2010 and we already believe in things like Luck, Destiny, especially Errors of Omission and Commission. What else you would say about Zdravko Kuzmanovic stupidity of handballing giving Ghana every reason to celebrate tonight in the 84th minute of the Group D match between Ghana and Serbia at Loftus Versfeld Stadium before around forty thousand spectators.

Both Zdravko Kuzmanovic and Asamoah Gyan would be thinking of the moment but Zdravko thought would be filled with regret while Gyan would be thinking of other opportunities he missed during the 90+ minute contest.

It seems Zdravko was thinking about Aleksandar Lukovic who was sent off the field following the Red Card in the 74th minute of the match.

Though he was not able to get his foot to gun the ball in Serbian net, Ghana forward Ayew was but a livewire throughout the competition.

Serbian has more than Zdravko Kuzmanovic stupidity and Aleksandar Lukovic absence at the time of need. They must be thinking of game that should have been won by them but no different result should they expect as Milan Jovanovic wasted too much of the ball possession for too many occasions.

The win will secure a place for Ghana in the Round 16, and who knows they may meet one more Zdravko Kuzmanovic, after all it is all about luck this coveted FIFA World Cup 2010.

Interestingly Ghana has won all three World Cup matches in which they scored a goal (Serbians must also give some thought to this weird truth)
